We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. At this time, most all packages will be sent USPS Priority mail. All orders usually ship out within 24-72 hours excluding holidays and weekends.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

You will be asked to enter in your order number or email to begin the return. Simply follow the guided steps. You will then be provided an address to mail your return to. You may select any carrier for your return. Once we receive your return, we will verify that your returned items are still in new condition. We will then provide your refund. Please see more on the processing time below.
We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, items in new condition with the tags still attached within 30 days of the delivery date. We currently are unable to offer a free return service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.
Please note that we do not accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window we may have to send the item back to your default address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
All sale items are final sale. All items marked final sale are also final sale and cannot be returned.
All swimwear comes with a removeable hygiene liner to ensure your safety - returned items cannot be accepted if the liner is removed. Please try the suit on without removing the liner.
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for undergarments, towels, and accessories.
Remember to take extra care in packing your return items so they do not get damaged. We are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please be sure to get proof of postage for reference incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We take pride in the quality of our products, and if it is anything less than great we want to make it right. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us and we will try to sort it out for you ASAP.
