WE DO NOT ACCEPT IN-STORE RETURNS AT THIS TIME FOR OUR ONLINE STORE.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, swimwear must have hygiene liner, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All sale items are final sale. All items marked final sale are also final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, visit this link https://shopb2outlets.com/a/returns and fill out the information requested. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.
When you place an order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. At this time, most all packages will be sent USPS Priority mail. All orders usually ship out within 24-72 hours excluding holidays and weekends.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
